About this course

As an IT or Testing Manager you don’t always need to know the technical details of how to use test automation tools. However, if you want to oversee the implementation of these tools in your organisation by your team or by a 3rd party vendor, you need to know what to ask for, what to expect, how to identify failure early, and how to measure success. This 1 day course will allow you to understand how to get a better ROI for your testing automation spend.

You will be taken through the basic elements of testing automation, without getting into the technical depth that normally is involved in such courses. We will also discuss real life examples of successful test automation projects and how you can leverage this experience in your organisation. We will also talk about some unsuccessful automation projects and demonstrate what can be learnt from those.

The course instructor will spend 15-30 minutes with each participant to discuss a specific issue related to Automated Testing and consult on ways this issue should be addressed.
