Let’s make it simple: we believe in fair business and expect our clients to act the same. You are here to learn, and we are here to teach. We will charge you the course fee as listed online and promise to deliver the best service we can. The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
Payments must be made upon registration and cleared two weeks prior to course start. You will receive your booking confirmation once payment is received in full.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as you planned. However, we take measures to secure adequate facilities and resources, and these are not usually refunded. Depending on the date of your cancellation, we will be able to reimburse your fee in full or in part after deducting any administration costs.
Registration canceled more than 4 weeks prior to course start will be reimbursed in full with no cancellation fee. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the course will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made during the last two weeks before the course will not be eligible for fee reimbursement.
If after your registration is confirmed you wish to postpone your participation to an alternative date, then this will incur a 10% administration fee.
Facilities
Courses are held in designated training rooms equipped with computer hardware and software as required. In the event of any damage to the hardware or facilities caused by the participant, GIE Training will hold the participant accountable and liable to repair or compensate the owner of these facilities as they deem suitable.
Unless otherwise mentioned, courses do not include lunch. Normally there are facilities to make hot and cold beverages and nearby venues to purchase food.
Course Alterations
GIE Training reserves the right to change the trainer, location, dates, or content of its courses at any time. If the date or location are changed, GIE Training will not cover any transport, accommodation or any other costs incurred by the participant as a result of that change.
If we cancel a course, we will try to offer the participant an alternative course of equal value at an alternative date. If the participant refuses to take this offer then we will reimburse the course fee deducted by 5%.
